Maybe … have you already been to Milan but have never had a drink on the Navigli?
Or … have you seen Como but never walked the paths of the Chilometro della Conoscenza? 
Are you interested in Italian cars and would like to visit the Alfa Romeo museum in Arese?
Or, on the other hand, if you are passionate about motorcycles, would you like to visit the museum Frera in Tradate?
Or again … for airplanes, visit VOLANDIA, near Malpensa Airport, which documents the history of flying in Italy.
Of course you know the history of Italy and the many populations that have passed through our regions. Perhaps you would like to visit the UNESCO-listed Contado del Seprio, which was founded by the Longobards, then walk through the medieval village of Castiglione Olona, , to admire the Collegiate Church and visit the Cardinal’s Palace…
And have you already visited Varese? You can stroll through the Este gardens, or visit the UNESCO-listed Sacro Monte, by walking along the chapels of the ‘Via Crucis’ or ascending via the old, yet recently renovated funicular
If you like walking amid nature, there are many hiking routes in the mountains around the lake or along the new Greenway, which runs for kilometers along the mule track on the lake shore.
You can also take the Via Verde from Moltrasio (near Como), to Laglio and the famous villa Oleandro where George Clooney stays in the summer
Also from Como you can take a boat ride to discover famous villages such as Bellagio, aka the Pearl of Lake Como, or find hidden gems such as Pigra, in the mountains above Argegno, which can be reached in just 5 minutes by cable car.
